Here is an introduction to the main competitive sparring formats of WEKAF. Note that for UK competition, padded stick continuous is also included (it would fall under the "continuous sparring" format, with the only major change being the permitted target areas).

On that note, the next WEKAF Official's Course is on October 16th, running 1100-1500, in White City, London. Course fee is £35, with qualified graduates being paid a flat fee for each event they cover as officials in the future. If you are interested in attending, please get in touch soon, as places on these courses are very limited, and this will likely be the final one for the year!
